Otomobil nedir?
Otomobil”, adam
başına ücretle yolcu taşıyanlara “Dolmuş otomobil”, bunların dışında
kalan ve 237 Sayılı Taşıt Kanununa tabi olmayanlara da “Özel
Otomobil” denir.
